When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ego777 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. All Accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to withdrawal processing. Standard documentation required includes: a valid Malaysian government-issued photo identification (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of current residential address (utility bill or official bank statement dated within three months), and, where applicable, evidence of the payment method used. ego777 typically completes KYC reviews within 24 to 48 business hours of document submission.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Withdrawals to DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification clearance. ego777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR unless otherwise stated. Any foreign currency conversions are processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. ego777 does not guarantee specific exchange rates.
Anti-Money Laundering: ego777 is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. All bonuses, promotions, and free bet offers made available by ego777 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 35x) applied to the bonus amount or, in some promotions, to the sum of the deposit and bonus amounts combined. Players must complete the applicable wagering requirement within the stated validity period of the bonus.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each bet placed. Table games including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and poker typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain games may be entirely excluded from wagering contribution. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms and may be updated periodically.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum bet per round or transaction is capped as specified in the relevant promotion terms — typically MYR 250 to MYR 500 per bet. Placing bets that exceed this maximum during bonus play constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus Funds not used within the stated validity window will expire automatically. Standard validity windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as specified per promotion. Expired bonuses and any derived winnings will be removed from the Account balance without further notice.

ego777's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ego777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or completely secure. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, or force majeure events — including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, or third-party infrastructure failures — are excluded from liability.

In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, funds may be reported to and held for relevant law enforcement authorities.
Players wishing to close their Account in good standing may do so at any time. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days, subject to KYC clearance. Bonus Funds and any incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
ego777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
